High Impact Manager online training is followed by monthly, four-hour, one on one training sessions with a HERZOG LEADERSHIP CONSULTING certified trainer, DISC assessment for all participants, and two monthly, one-hour, one on one coaching sessions, leaving trainees with action plans to implement the 24 habits.
